Heartbreaker competed at international Grand Prix level with Peter Geerink before becoming one of the world’s most influential showjumping sires. Romanov II won several Grands Prix with Bertram Allen, while Toulon, Action-Breaker, Zambesi, Cidane and VDL Groep Zidane also established themselves at the highest level. His influence extends through his daughters and grandsons, including outstanding performers such as Hello Sanctos and Admara. Heartbreaker was awarded the KWPN Preferent predicate and named KWPN Horse of the Year in 2016. This son of Nimmerdor out of a Silvano mare passed on quick reflexes, alertness, technique and an exceptional competitive mindset.
