Dexter Leam Pondi (pony)

Dexter Leam Pondi ranks among the most successful Connemara stallions in international pony showjumping. He competed at six European Championships, won five international Grands Prix and claimed several French championship titles at Grand Prix Elite level. With Anna Chambaud, he also won individual silver at the 2002 European Championships and team bronze in 2004. Despite his demanding sporting career, he sired approximately 550 registered offspring, more than sixty of which competed at the highest national or international level. Rexter d’Or, Uhelem de Seille and Ix de l’Aulne are among his best-known offspring. This son of Leam Finnigan passed on scope, speed, courage and a strong competitive mindset.
